Same here, the pacing just flies by because the petty sibling drama is so loud and fast. It’s full of standard harem tropes, but the voice actresses totally sell the comedy. It’s loud and chaotic, but the voice acting really carry that energy.

I feel like the series took a sharp turn back to its usual self after the previous episode. It pretty much embraced its uncomfortable themes much more after that, hinting at the production studio becoming desperate at that point. We're back to massive fanservice galore, and the story lost its weight and, basically, its becoming pointless. There are two episodes left, it's not looking good.
