It's just a casual watch for this episode. I think some scenes feel a bit off, or maybe it's just because of the two leads. In terms of voice acting, though, they deliver passionate and professional performances.
Nothing much happens in this episode other than a new character being ntroduced, who honestly doesn't add much to the story. This seems to be more like a filler/setup for the next one, and its filled with more fanservice than usual. Yeah, I guess you can skip this if you're only concerned with the plot.
