Very fluid storytelling despite how hectic everything’s becoming. I love how smooth the transitions are while showing different perspectives without making things confusing or weird. They’ve maintained the spectacular animation, story flow, and gripping characters so well.

The narration kinda threw me off for a moment. It didn’t really affect me that much, but I was definitely shocked, lol. Anyway, everything’s moving at the same time, but even with that, the storytelling was still fluid and had me on the edge of my seat. Definitely an unskippable episode.

Dynamight and Mirko’s dynamics were unexpectedly funny. Imagine if she becomes his mentor in the future 😭 This episode was really hyping everything up. That narration was a bit silly too, which added some comic relief to this tense episode.

This episode’s story kind of slowed down the phase again. There was more talk rather than action, however, the effects were pretty cool!

It was gross seeing and hearing Shigaraki's body evolve. He looks super creepy and scary. This was a fast paced ep especially when Deku was snatched away. The animation on Shigaraki's evolution looks weirdly detailed, it looks like things are about to spiral out of control.

Momentum continues to build, and the episode feels more urgent. The pacing tightens, and the atmosphere becomes more serious. Character focus remains important, reinforcing the sense that bigger conflicts are approaching.

Pure adrenaline rush! The fights are so creative and the animation goes all out. Had me cheering out loud at some parts — one of the most fun and hype moments so far.

Shigaraki is just terrifying! But the animation of those endless fingers is pure nightmare! And Toga’s confession is heartbreaking!! Never expected. But the pacing felt off to me.

What the heck is even Shigaraki right now? A freaking mutant? Well, aside from that, I think the battle with Toga is the one I'm least interested in. I think it’s just about the fact that I can’t really empathize with her motive as a villain 💁🏻‍♂️

The episode was okay, but overall felt a bit less engaging since most of the focus was on Himiko Toga herself. It was interesting to see how weird and dangerous she is. It was still decent, and the animation was great.

I liked how this one balanced things. Katsuki Bakugo still has that edge, but there’s more control now. Even Izuku Midoriya feels steadier. It just feels more grounded overall.

Solid battle sequences but feels like setup more than payoff. The animation's incredible, and multiple fights happening at once keep things intense. Some character moments shine, but it lacks the emotional punch of earlier episodes. Still gripping, just a step back.

All the hand's damn some horror version of( Robin hana-hana nomi ) , Loved how Ochako came to support Deku ! The fight was damn good with tons of new powers !

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode 7 of 21, 'Inflation' marks the transition from the strategic setup phase into the season's sustained combat arc. It follows 'Division,' which saw the heroes' coordinated plans disrupted and scattered across multiple fronts, and now each of those fronts demands individual resolution. This episode directly sets the stage for 'Two Flashfires,' pivoting from ensemble-scale tactics to deeply personal confrontations—particularly within the Todoroki family conflict—that will define the season's emotional and narrative trajectory going forward.
