This was such a good fight. Plus, Lady Nagant’s backstory was really maddening. I feel so sorry for her. 🥹 I already knew the system was shitty because of Hawks, so I expected that part. Her character has such a good story because it shows the dark side of being a hero from her perspective.

Dang, Lady Nagant, I feel you. She’s such an interesting character. Also, this episode was SO good. The fight animation was fluid, and mixing it with her backstory was delivered so well. I love how things are going so far.

I knew Lady Nagant’s character would be important. She’s also such a badass, and I feel bad for her. Man, the ending gave me chills, though. I feel like things are only going to get more interesting from here.

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 21 of 25, this lands deep in the season's back half where Deku's solo journey away from his classmates reaches a critical flashpoint. It follows directly from the setup in 'Hired Gun,' escalating All For One's campaign against Deku through increasingly dangerous operatives. This confrontation serves as a turning point that shapes the trajectory of the final stretch, feeding into the broader reckoning with hero society that the season has been building toward.
