It was a cruel start, with the hard-to-watch, terrifying torture. Miyo's conviction to Kiyoka was promising! The animation in the action scenes was solid; the intensity and sound effects were perfect and impactful. The visuals with Kiyoka walking on that sea of fire were cool.

Conflict finally happens in this episode. Kiyoka is such a badass with how he handled the situation. The bond between Miyo and Kiyoka is beautiful and strong. Miyo is finally in good hands.

Leans into the conflict, with emotions feeling more intense than before. There’s a sense of progress that makes it feel worth following, especially for those already invested in Miyo and Kiyoka.

Kiyoka is such a powerhouse! Seeing him storm the Saimori estate with his lightning gift to save Miyo was incredible. It was so satisfying to see Miyo finally stand up to her stepmother and say she won't go back. This episode was peak drama.

Everything the first five episodes built toward explodes here — literally. The Saimori residence confrontation is deeply satisfying. Kiyoka's lightning strike and his words to Kaya are the most cathartic moments of the season so far. Long overdue.

OMG! What a episode! It's still mid of the season and already sets the bar high! The animation budget absolutely flexed during the rescue scene⚡. Seeing Kiyoka’s power unleashed is a top-tier moment ai far now. A satisfying end to the episode! Justice served!!

My heart skipped abit for this episode. The fire scene changed it all!

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at the exact halfway mark, Episode 6 functions as the emotional fulcrum of the season, converting the escalating familial tensions from Episode 5's 'Ripples' into a decisive shift in Miyo's character trajectory. This is where the show transitions from establishing Miyo's suffering to showcasing her resolve, making it essential viewing for everything that follows. The groundwork laid here feeds directly into Episode 7's 'Glamorous Lady of Summer,' which introduces new characters and dynamics that build on Miyo's newfound determination.
