Didn’t expect to go this dark. The White Knights bring real tension, and the world feels way harsher for humans. Light plays it smart from the shadows instead of rushing in. Sasha’s reaction leaves a strong impact, too. Story’s getting deeper, this is where it gets serious.

Tower challenge dropped! Sasha confrontation incoming. Ellie and Aoyuki almost fighting was hilarious. Rescue scene was wholesome.

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 8 of 12, this lands right at the transition from mid-season escalation into the final stretch. Episode 7's emotional beat likely closed out an earlier confrontation, and "The White Knights" functions as a pivot, broadening the conflict and introducing forces that will shape the endgame across the remaining four episodes. Light's revenge arc is shifting from individual targets to something with wider stakes.
