Episode Context

As the first of only two OVA episodes, this installment carries the full weight of world-building for the 'Choujin Densetsu-hen' storyline, introducing the mystical powers and new adversaries that define this spin-off. There is no prior episode to draw from, this is the entry point. Everything here feeds directly into the follow-up episode, 'The Coming of the Guardian Beasts: The Metal Turtles Appear!', making it essential viewing before the conclusion.
