It's Kotegawa and Run centric episode, rejoice you minorities (JK, they're very lovely. Nothing compared to Yami tho.) Also, a bit of friendly advice, don't watch the second season in public. The fanservice is WAAAAAAY more dangerous than the first season.
This episode covers Chapters 120, 109 and 106 of the manga in that order. It follows the source material quite closely with only a few small changes. The only omission that really stood out to me was a panel that could have added a bit more context for one of the supporting characters. On the plus side, the anime includes more fan service than the manga. Overall, it was a fun watch with the third story easily being the standout.
