Moshidora Episode 3 focused more on the challenges that come with managing a team. Not every player thinks the same way, so it was interesting to see how Minami tried to understand and motivate everyone. I enjoyed how the anime showed leadership as something that requires effort and learning rather than simply giving instructions.
