This episode dives deeper into the core members of the baseball team, right after Asano last time. Honestly, the management and strategy side of the story is getting much stronger, so if you enjoy strategic storylines, you'll probably like this. It also realistically shows Minami’s role as the main character and manager, highlighting just how influential a club manager can actually be. It's definitely getting more interesting.
Moshidora Episode 3 focused more on the challenges that come with managing a team. Not every player thinks the same way, so it was interesting to see how Minami tried to understand and motivate everyone. I enjoyed how the anime showed leadership as something that requires effort and learning rather than simply giving instructions.
We go more into organizational problem solving and a bit of baseball drama. A nice balance between the two. Exploring more of the team's individual strengths also expands the cast a bit for some natural exposition on the show's characters.
