📖 SYNOPSIS
Minami, a high school student, steps in as the baseball team's manager when her best friend, Yuuki, is hospitalized. Determined to support the team, Minami sets out to find a book on baseball management. However, she mistakenly purchases Peter Drucker's "Management: Tasks, Responsibilities, Practices," a book focused on business administration. Unable to exchange the book, Minami decides to read it and apply its business management concepts to the baseball team. She hopes to improve the team's performance and lead them to the Nationals, using Drucker's principles to guide their training and strategy. The anime explores the intersection of business theory and high school baseball.
