Loving the new introduced characters!! As always, the comedy is still super solid in this episode, and I really hope all of the introduced characters could come in together. I could already imagine how chaotic that would be😭

Another truth comes out that relieves Chiyo, plus we get introduced to a new character, Hori senpai. Even though it’s Chiyo’s first time meeting Kashima and Hori, their dynamic clicks right away. The comedy is always on point and super refreshing, makes you want to keep watching!

It was surprising that the school’s heartthrob is a girl; it was quite funny, not in an offensive way, but as a surprise factor. You start to see this dynamic developing among all the characters who bring this world to life.

I love how this episode made something so simple to be the highlight of the entire episode. I love the idea that all the characters are serious in their chosen crafts. I love the idea of passionate performance and giving their absolute best. This episode is heart warming.

Kashima and Hori are introduced in episode 3. Kashima being the prince charming character is hilariously hindered by the fact that she's a girl, and the fact that she's more looks than brains. Hori is also a funny take on the tsundere, with hating Kashima instead of loving her.

Kashima is created with 98% looks and 2% brain cells (except somehow she’s great at academics) hahaha. Her dynamic with Hori chan senpai (LOL) is pure chaos. this ep has some great dialogues too and comedic timing too.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Following the pattern established by episode 2's introduction of Seo, this third installment continues building the core cast that will drive the show's interconnected comedy dynamics across all twelve episodes. Kashima and Hori round out the second major character pairing orbiting Nozaki's manga work, and their relationship becomes a recurring comedic pillar for the rest of the season. With most key players now on the board, subsequent episodes have the freedom to mix and match these characters for increasingly layered comedic setups.
