Episode Context

Coming off Episode 11's disruptive arrival of Ryunosuke's fiancée, Episode 12 deepens the fallout of that development while threading in the supernatural challenges that define the series. Positioned as the second-to-last episode of the 13-episode run, it functions as a pressure valve, escalating personal and plot tensions that Episode 13 will need to resolve. Consider this the final setup before the payoff.
