A brilliant, fourth-wall-breaking studio meta-comedy. The visual framing switches hilariously to a dim, smoke-filled production boardroom layout, casting heavy shadows over stressed anime producers. The graphics deliberately drop in quality and shift art styles on purpose to mock the frantic struggles of an animation team running out of money.

I'm not sure. It seemed like there's no plot for this episode, it felt very random and too many repeated scenes. I loved to see the friendship the MC had with other characters, but there's too much unnecessary scenes that I didn't really understand the purpose for it.
