Episode Context

Episode 21 closes out the two-part 'Tearful Cecilia' storyline that began in Episode 20, resolving Torres's personal crisis and the espionage subplot involving Neo-Zeon infiltration of the Argama crew's lives. Sitting near the midpoint of ZZ's 47-episode run, this arc marks a tonal pivot, wrapping up a stretch of more personal, crew-focused stories and redirecting momentum back toward the escalating larger-scale conflict with Neo-Zeon that will define the series' second half.
