First episode mainly filled with set-up and world building content to let the audience know the timeline of the events about to happen since it connects to the previous works before UC 96 timeline. There's going to be a lot of babble you won't understand if you skipped those so I suggest you watch the previous series first, but overall, visual, pacing, and writing are all up there.
