EPISODE REVIEWS
Honestly, I wanted to praise the animation, since the art is clear, and the SFX is really great, but the animation itself is really off. The quick cuts in the battle scene made it a bit dizzying compared to one seemless scene. I think they did the human animation better than the mecha, which is saying something coming from a gundam anime. But the writting is good, a typical battle scene with twists, which is fun. (Miorine MVP!) Overall a good epiosde.
Confronting her father, Miorine was able to postpone Suletta’s expulsion, but to really prevent it from happening, the 2 girls need to join forces to win a new duel. One that could have both of their lives on the line. But with adults with greedy interests scheming behind the scenes, can these girls achieve a win that easily?
Back to our scheduled high school and/or political drama time. The meat of the episode is the rematch between Guel and Suletta. The chance is taken to introduce more of who Guel is and what is his relationship with his family. The climax of the episode IS what the title is about. Guel's pride regarding how his family saw that duel.
