A sudden character development spike for Nyaan and the beginnings of a dramatic, romantic jealousy from Machu for future episodes. Enokido (writer) could have done more with Machu's reaction to episode 4's events however after seeing her first death.

Nice call back to the OG series with the plot deepening greatly and large plot twists
