the episode properly shown how Kou still wasn't used to piloting and being the front in the wars. the commander was really a great mentor figure

Episode 2 features the pursuit of the stolen mobile suit and the increasingly intense battle between mobile suits. It's clear how amateurish Kou's fighting skills are in front of Gato. I also realized that this might be the reaction of someone who's just entered the battlefield for the first time, as Kou and Keith expressed. I think Gato indirectly taught Kou a little about fighting.

The chase begins. The main characters get to react under so much pressure. It feels serious and exciting at the same time. Can't wait to see what unfolds.
