Great Episode with really interesting childish moments happening in serious situations

Episode Context

Episode 3 marks the exact halfway point of this six-episode OVA, building directly on Al's deepening fascination with the conflict established in Episode 2's 'Reflections in a Brown Eye' and pulling him further into dangerous territory with the Zeon operatives. This is the episode where alliances solidify and deceptions take root, functioning as the critical bridge between the setup phase and the escalating confrontations of Episode 4's 'Over the River and Through the Woods.' The stakes are being carefully arranged for a payoff that the back half of the series is renowned for delivering.
