EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at the midpoint of a 27-episode run, Episode 12 pivots from the lighter ghost stories and spy license antics of Episode 11 toward the family's deeper roots by bringing patriarch Ban Yozakura into the fold. This introduction is deliberately placed to expand the world before Episode 13, 'Tanpopo,' which begins pulling threads connecting Taiyo's parents directly to the Yozakura family. It's a bridge episode that trades immediate plot momentum for character groundwork that the back half of the season will build on.
