The animations during the most basic tasks is absolute art. It’s creepy, it’s weird, that's what i like about the start of the season. Can't wait to see the next episode.

The first episode immediately got me hooked. For someone who loves mystery shows, this is a must-watch. The story is unique and weirdly interesting. I usually find first episodes boring, but this piqued my curiosity right away. This is like a love at first watch for me!

Another work of Nami Sano! the author behind Haven't you Heard? I'm Sakamoto! This anime is interesting but super reccomended for thriller lover!

EPISODE CONTEXT

As episode 1 of 13, this is pure foundation—establishing the central conceit of Migi and Dali's shared identity as 'Hitori' and introducing the Sonoyama couple who serve as their unwitting adoptive parents. The episode prioritizes premise over plot, ensuring viewers understand the rules of the twins' deception before the mystery of their true motivations unfolds across the season. Everything introduced here—the fragile disguise, the idyllic suburban setting, the brothers' unspoken agenda—becomes the framework for escalating tension and darker revelations in the episodes ahead.
