The episode focuses heavily on the race itself, showing the intense atmosphere of professional street racing and the strategies drivers use on the winding roads. While some racers rely on speed and expensive machines, Kanata demonstrates a different approach that surprises both spectators and competitors.

This second episode delivers a cool tension thanks to Kanata's incredible performance in his first MFG. This is also thanks to the soundtrack which is very fitting and pleasant to listen to, matching the nuance being built. The pace is also fast but not rushed. Meanwhile, his character development itself is still not visible. Hopefully as the episode progresses, Kanata can show his vulnerable side in racing.
