EPISODE REVIEWS

This episode gets back into the racing after the previous filler episodes. Interested in the next one after the cliffhanger.

It seems like the arc with Ren and Aiba from the previous episode will serve as motivation for him in this qualiers, giving the previous slow paced episodes influence in the main series.

Episode Context

This episode functions as a clean handoff point in Season 3, closing out the off-track, character-focused MFG Summer Break Arc and launching directly into the Round 4 Qualification and Race Arc centered on the Seaside Double Lane course. It comes at episode 8 of 13, meaning the season is entering its final stretch with the competitive stakes now fully reset and elevated. What follows will almost certainly build on the rivalries and mechanical benchmarks established in these qualifiers.
