Momomi being a total psycho made the hunt way more intense than the first half but the graphic stuff was a bit much even if the art design is gorgeous

Seeing Mikura level an entire floor with just her handgun while dodging bullets was so cool and Umetsu really knows how to frame action scenes that actually make sense

I still cant believe that twist with the android copy getting attacked because I really thought Mikura was done for until the real one showed up and started blasting everyone

The animation is obviously top tier but those long sex scenes felt so out of place compared to the high speed shootout in the building and it really slowed down the momentum for me

Momomi is actually terrifying and that elevator fight sequence looked incredible with all the glass shattering and the way she just kept coming for Mikura was total madness

It is a shame we never got to see any actual backstories for the DSA crew because they are fun to watch but feel a bit hollow as people

Seeing Momomi walk through fire to kill the main cast was such a strong way to end the volume and showed how relentless she is

Every time Mikura got into a fight the movement looked so fluid and those kicks had so much weight behind them

The animation is gorgeous but the explicit stuff with the android clone felt like it belonged in a different movie and just slowed things down

To me everything coming together after that cliffhanger was cool, but the tone shift is so jarring because one minute they are joking around and the next Mikura is in a really dark situation and the action animation is seriously on another level compared to most OVAs and Momomi making everyone her target at the end kept things tense until the very last second

I couldn't believe how fast the heist completely fell apart and turned into a brutal fight for survival against a total psychopath

Momomi is actually terrifying and seeing her hunt everyone down through that building felt like a horror movie

That final showdown with Momomi was intense and her aim with those pistols was actually scary

Watching Mikura handle herself during the shootout at the end is so cool, and the animation on the shell casings and gun recoil looks incredibly realistic

I feel so weird about that dream sequence and the clone scene because it was way too long and felt totally unnecessary for the actual plot

Umetsu really has a way with drawing these characters and the final face off between Mikura and Momomi looked absolutely stunning

That android assault scene was just gross and it totally killed my mood even though the rest of the gunfights were pretty cool

Momomi is actually terrifying in this volume, especially when she shows just how twisted she is during the final confrontation.

The shift to a survival show was intense but that weird android scene felt way too out of place and ruined the flow of the heist story

I thought Mikura going all out in the finale was incredible and those action shots looked so clean because the animation style is really something special

EPISODE CONTEXT

This episode picks up directly from the aftermath of the DSA's kidnapping operation in Volume 1, shifting the story's register from a calculated underworld heist into a desperate survival showdown. The first episode established the players and the stakes; this one cashes everything in. As the concluding entry of a self-contained two-part OVA, it resolves all narrative threads and delivers the definitive statement on what Mezzo Forte is as a series.
