Episode Context

Arriving at the midpoint of the 55-episode run, this episode continues the pattern of introducing new antagonists whose personal crises mirror broader themes of identity and inner conflict established in earlier episodes. It follows the momentum built in Episode 19 and transitions directly into Episode 21, 'Wolf, Roar of Hatred!', suggesting the gardener's storyline is a bridge toward more intense and emotionally charged confrontations ahead.
