Episode Context

Coming directly off the series premiere that introduced Subaru and War-Rock's initial collision, this episode deepens that foundation before the show shifts into more action-heavy territory. It functions as the crucial middle step between origin and escalation, setting up the tangible threats that arrive in episode three's 'Radio Wave Virus' storyline. At episode two of fifty-five, this is still very much the season finding its footing, but it does so with intention.
