The gags just keep getting better and better, I chuckled a couple of times throughout the episode. Very nice introduction to our "Jess and Jessie" of the show. I love how as a viewer, we dont really know if Murasame is an ally or an enemy. The fighting animations are still impressive as the first episode. As the plot thickens, I'm excited to see where the story will go from here
Okaaay… now I’m finally starting to get the bigger picture. We slowly learn who’s on which side and why the Mecha-Ude are being chased. Hikaru and Aki’s interactions were so funny.. Plus, that misunderstanding scene with their friends had me laughing so hard 🤣🤣 The fights are pretty intense too, with just enough comedy in between. It felt weird at first, but now I’m genuinely curious about the story 🤔
Quite impressive! Still loving the animation here so far, I think it really struck the balance of being slightly cartoon-y and bright but also keeping that mecha vibe with the way the weapons are designed. I also love the budding connection between Hikaru and Alma - I have high hopes for the next episodes on how they'll go through situations together!
