Martial Universe Episode 8: Episode 8

Kind of a slower episode and this one was definitely more dialogue heavy which made the overall story felt slower. It kind of also dragged on for quite a bit and it repeated the lore of things that we already know, so this one was lowkey kind of boring.

The biggest weakness of Episode 8 lies in the writing of the antagonist or rival who feels extremely cliché and one dimensional.

This was a good episode for the establishment of currency and Lin Dong learning about manners (lol). I appreciate that we get to see characters from before that were not nice to him but still shown as respectable people. I'm sorry but that heavenly demon's neck is taking me out.
