I have a sneaking hunch that Natsuno is being sustained by some member of the Goku Clan who, maybe, the curse went to after Masago refused to take part, but who also got dismembered while being unable to die?

Episode Context

Episode 23, The Sleepwalking Patient, ends by pulling Natsuno into Mao's investigation after a powerful earth-based curse surfaces. This episode redirects that connection into Natsuno's own inquiry and opens a fresh mystery tied to the body parts she has been compelled to seek, widening her personal thread while the larger Goko Clan conflict runs in the background. The arc positions Natsuno's history as a long-running concern that the season continues to develop.
