The main storyline finally starts moving. Lots of fight scenes at the beginning, but it gets way more intense at the end. Fast-paced action throughout.

Episode Context

Episode 7 puts Rudd to the test in a way the series hasn't before, not as a lone survivor, but as a teammate. Leading with action, the episode drops the newly formed party straight into their first slaying quest under Elysia's command, forcing Rudd to navigate unfamiliar group dynamics alongside genuine combat pressure. The tone balances intensity with introspection: expect sharp fight sequences punctuated by quieter beats where trust is earned through action rather than words. This is a character-driven action episode dressed in dungeon-crawl clothing, examining how Rudd's unconventional abilities, and his instincts honed in isolation, either mesh or clash with collaborative strategy. A confident, momentum-building entry.
