I was genuinely stressed out when those lizardmen kept tanking hits and then Ruude figured out the substitution trick and just went for the link like a beast

Episode Context

Episode 6 shifts gears into partnership territory, balancing action with character-driven moments as Rudd and Elysia answer a tavern owner's call for help. The tone is warmer than earlier solo-focused episodes, leaning into the camaraderie forming between the two leads. Combat sequences arrive with the energy fans of the series expect, but the episode earns its title by giving space to the dynamics of trust and cooperation. Pacing moves between tense encounters and quieter beats of character development, making this one of the more well-rounded installments so far. For viewers who prefer their action grounded in meaningful relationships rather than pure spectacle, this episode delivers on both fronts.
