A lighthearted, high-flying training motivation chapter. The animation leaves the gloomy clubhouse behind, treating viewers to sweeping, wide-angle panning shots of the city skyline and open beach running trails during an intense workout montage. The bright, crisp morning sunshine makes the journey feel deeply refreshing and inspiring.

This is a filler ep and can be skipped. The ep was a breather, not the usual baseball ep I've seen, but more of a different view of Goro. The tone was cautious as another character had been introduced, and with Goro's attitude, things may have come a little rough. The pacing was definitely slow and that ending scene was quite hilarious.

This is such a funny episode! I totally lost it at Shimizu and Taiga's dumbfounded expressions. That was hilarious, LMAO! On another note, this episode is a rare case of having ecchi elements. I was honestly surprised. That said, Sophia is an absolute baddie. Not only is she a baddie, but she's also a total badass!
