EPISODE REVIEWS

A deep look into the heavy operational burdens of a professional team captain. The visual direction uses dim, dramatic lighting inside the manager's office to frame the intense, serious conversations about the active roster. The metallic shine of empty equipment lockers in the background grounds the scene in a harsh reality.

This ep was all about Murdoch's character development. The mood was breathtaking as the tension was rising. The ending scene was predictable. Nevertheless, it was Goro's attitude that uplifted this ep once again. Not expecting that the ED would change this markpoint of the series.

Man, every time this owner shows up, he just ruins my mood, LMAO! He pisses me off so much. Not only does he contribute nothing to the game, but he also complains a lot. Setting my complaints aside, the character development—and, most importantly, the craftsmanship in this episode are really, really good. The moment that bat connects, the expressions, the BGM, the animation, and the subtle details, gave me goosebumps. Totally hyped!
