This is like a filler episode. The pacing starts to get some issues as the whole ep has no signs of Goro. This may be a plot side point, but I think it's a skippable one. Toshiya was focused solely on this episode. His character is building to see what his struggles are, his doubts, and mindset in choosing his take on life.
