dude keene backstory finally drops this ep and it absolutely delivers ngl hahahah like i was not ready for how much it made me feel this sport anime just knows how to make rivals feel like real people and this ep is proof of that absolute must watch do not skip fr.

Another peak episode! Never thought this season would have kept the pace up halfway through the series. Two epic eps in a row! Got to see that legendary throw and impact in full swing again since the intense Kaido match. That was lacking in Goro's pitch so far — that pressured impact! The BG music somehow resembled "Another one bites the dust" by Queen in the tension-building scene.

When Goro got a strikeout, I literally got goosebumps all over my arms. That was so thrilling! That said, I'm really enjoying the story this time around. To be honest, I still don't like Keane's methods because they remind me a little of Kaido's manual, but they're actually very effective and impactful.
