this ever 1st episode on s4 and goro is straight into his tryouts immediately ngl hahahahah. the culture shock combined with his classic "do it my way" arrogance makes this such a banger opener zero filler at all and you feel exactly how brutal the US minor league system really is. LFG solid to watch
Crazy! Usually, the first episode starts off lightly, but this episode is already super EPIC! HOLY SMOKES! Craftsmanship-wise, I am loving the visuals so much. Finally... finally! My eyes are blessed by how clean the art style looks. Though, it still look very old-school, it isn't bad anymore. That said, the animation is as solid as ever, though nothing particularly noteworthy has happened yet.
The season really starts off in a new setting and set of characters. The art style somehow changed into a crisp one while the artwork is now noticeable with details. The animation was quite different from all the other seasons and it was a kind of letdown that this season used CGI from the very start. Goro was so hilarious and felt pity towards him at the same time.
