The pacing for this episode went down the line, as the team dynamics were being tested out as Goro was temporarily out of the picture. The tone was definitely in low-spirits, as the team was dispirited. One of them stepping up was a pivotal character development. The "bed of roses" sound-like intro was truly deceptive to hear.

this episode carries a tense and uncertain atmosphere as the team faces unexpected challenges. Pacing stays engaging with a strong sense of urgency, animation keeps the baseball action impactful and the music heightens the emotional stakes. Expect resilience, teamwork and pressure-filled moments

I really hate Egashira so much! The audacity of this person is through the roof! That said, this episode really puts me on the edge. Knowing Goro, he'd probably do it for real and just by thinking about it is making my mood sour.
