The ep was full of tension from the start and gave quite a nerve-racking tone to watch since the team was just new. That upbeat background music playing during the match contributes to the thrilling mood of the episode. Goro's fascinating pitching animation was peak! And that cliffhanger was dreadful!

this episode creates a tense and suspenseful atmosphere as hidden motives and pressure begin influencing events. Pacing feels focused and engaging, animation supports the drama effectively and the music adds a sense of unease. Expect strategy, conflict and challenges that test resolve

No matter how many times I see it, Goro's pitches always make me feel thrilled! That said, the craftsmanship in this episode is insanely good—especially Taiga's moments. The smoothness of the animation there is really fun to watch.
