Yeah Hinata is the rival out there, he is way way way better than that Miyabigoaka something something guy. The battle of romance starts now eehhh, Very nice very nice. Still the Trio brings joy to the episode. Lets go triooo

I love Shintani so much. One of his best trait is his honesty. The rivalry between him and Usui is not annoying at all and there' s no bitterness or violent tension between them. Just acknowledgment of two people who love the same person and not backing down.

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 22 of 26, this is deep into the final quarter where romantic stakes are escalating. Hinata's recent introduction has disrupted the established Misaki-Usui dynamic, and this episode leans into that tension by forcing all three into close quarters outside their usual environment. It directly sets up the next episode, 'Maid Latte & a Whole Bunch of Sweets,' as the series begins threading these relationship dynamics toward its conclusion.
