The finale here is a mess. It feels way too rushed, it drop threads that were build around a whole season, and the time skip was not even necessary, it raises more questions rather than answers. The character writing falls apart here. This is the kind of ending that makes the whole season feel incomplete. I was so disappointed here.
The Battle of Pendragon is pure adrenaline, and Madhouse cooked the high-speed sword action. Takeshi going all out to protect the squad pure hype. The cliffhanger at the end of the finale is crazy.
Episode 12 is a bittersweet farewell, showcasing emotional visuals typical of a finale but ultimately defined by unresolved issues. The cliffhanger feels more like a production reality than a creative choice, leaving viewers hanging.
