It is funny how Tsukasa spent three years failing his exams just to find out he was the actual test for three girls from another world, and the comedy in this finale landed better than the earlier episodes, especially when he realized his normal life was over and it captures that 90s aesthetic perfectly and seeing the witches get their happy ending felt right

That transformation sequence in the middle of the episode had some of the best animation in the whole OVA and it was such a weirdly colorful moment for a finale

Finding out the girls were just using Tsukasa for a magic school project was a great twist and seeing them tease him one last time made the finale for me

The ending felt a bit rushed and you kind of want more of the actual exam stuff before it goes full into the fanservice but the art style was decent for the mid nineties

The way Tsukasa reacted to the final exam reveal was hilarious because he was so stressed about school and the witches were just playing a completely different game

This show is competing with big name action series for the top spot this week and the absurdity of the exam premise actually works

The way the episode keeps escalating the shock value is impressive, and the dedication to the source material is obvious in every single frame.

Every single scene just gets more unhinged and the voice acting for the witches is actually top tier even if the plot is just pure chaos

I cannot believe how hard the animation team is going for this series, especially during the big confrontation with the three witches. It feels like they have an unlimited budget for the most ridiculous scenes that actually left me speechless. Watching Tsukasa struggle through his third attempt at exams while these girls just wreck everything around him is hilarious, and the music hits exactly right during the chaos.

My brain actually melted when the magic started getting out of hand because I never expected a show like this to look this polished and smooth

Tsukasa getting his life ruined during a test is relatable but the magical girl antics in this episode are on a whole different level of crazy

I really did not see that third exam coming and the way the witches just kept pushing the limits had me staring at the screen for minutes

Watching poor Tsukasa try to focus on his finals while getting tormented by magic is the funniest thing this season and the character expressions are so detailed

The animation when those witches are messing with Tsukasa is way better than it should be and they really went all out on the visuals here

That one scene with the three witches testing his endurance was genuinely wild and the staff is definitely putting way too much effort into this trash

Rarity dreaming about a prince and a fancy life at the gala seems like a reach but her dress designs are still pretty cool

I really felt the tension when everyone kept doing favors for Twilight just to manipulate her into giving them the extra ticket

Rainbow Dash chasing Twilight through the sky just to get noticed by the Wonderbolts was hilarious and a bit intense for a third episode

Applejack trying to justify the ticket for farm repairs felt a bit desperate but it proves how much she cares about her family

My heart broke for Twilight when all her friends started acting like vultures over those gala tickets and she just wanted to eat her lunch in peace

EPISODE CONTEXT

This is the concluding episode of a three-part OVA, meaning every lingering character dynamic and comedic setup introduced in Episodes 1 and 2 reaches its endpoint here. There is no next episode, this is the series finale. Viewers who have followed the OVA from the start should expect closure on the central relationships and situational premises established in the earlier installments.
