Top Speed and Swim Swim's Midnight Flight
Top Speed, a witch-like magical girl, glides through the night sky on her broom, serene and focused. Her flight is interrupted by a call from Swim Swim, a soft, pleading voice asking to be taken to their leader. Top Speed descends to a rooftop, collecting Swim Swim, who admits to confusing their meeting time. As they continue their journey, Swim Swim recites Ruler's harsh philosophy: 'use anything you can use,' and 'there is no such thing as a friend among magical girls.' Top Speed dismisses these words with a laugh, finding Ruler's intensity more amusing than alarming.
Ruler's Ruthless Leadership
The duo arrives late to a forest clearing where Ruler, Tama, and the Peaky Angels, Minael and Yunael, await them. Ruler is incandescent with fury at their tardiness, brandishing her staff and demanding answers. Her anger escalates when Top Speed offers a lighthearted greeting. Ruler then turns her scorn on Tama for bringing a lunch box, deeming it a distraction from their duties. She reveals her plan: to bury trash in the mountains to earn candies from the unsuspecting townspeople, a ruthless strategy to ensure their survival at the top of the rankings.
The News of Nemurin's Death
Top Speed offers Ripple a bento on a rooftop, a small gesture of camaraderie. Ripple is engrossed in a news report on her magical device, detailing the mysterious death of a 24-year-old woman, Sanjou Nemu, from a heart attack in her bed. Ripple looks troubled. There is a sense of something wrong, a connection she instinctively makes between this mundane tragedy and their extraordinary magical world.
Snow White's Worry
Snow White sits high on a transmission tower, gazing at the city lights below, her face etched with melancholy. La Pucelle joins her, observing her distress over the shrinking number of magical girls. Snow White voices her concern for Nemurin, the first eliminated. She wonders aloud how Nemurin is faring, still clinging to the hope that 'elimination' means a peaceful return to ordinary life. La Pucelle offers reassurance, but it sounds hollow, leaving doubt in the quiet air.
Fav's Chilling Revelation
In a digital chatroom, a group of magical girls, including Sister Nana and Winterprison, demand answers from Fav about the elimination process. Sister Nana, her face distressed, presses for details on what 'losing status' truly means. Fav, floating with a grin, reveals the shocking truth: de-magical-girled girls suffer physical death. The virtual space, once vibrant, becomes a grim stage for this pronouncement. Fav adds, with chilling nonchalance, that this is an 'unavoidable' rule for balance. When the Peaky Angels panic and threaten to quit, Fav informs them quitting also leads to death. The meeting abruptly ends, leaving the girls in absolute despair.
The Peaky Angels' Desperate Plan
Back at the mountain cliffside, Minael, Yunael, and Tama reel from Fav's horrifying news. Tama is paralyzed by fear, but the twins, Minael and Yunael, quickly pivot to a plan for survival. They decide to gain popularity through viral videos, noting Snow White's high ranking with resentment. Their new strategy is simple: instead of earning candies honestly, they will steal them from those at the top, ensuring their own desperate survival.
Calamity Mary's New Alliance
In the opulent dimness of a high-end bar, Calamity Mary sits on a golden sofa, exuding boredom as she drinks. Magicaroid44, a robotic magical girl, enters and casually points a gun at Mary's head. Mary remains unfazed, asking the newcomer's purpose. Magicaroid44 reveals she has valuable information to offer, proposing a deal built on mutual survival and profit. This meeting establishes a new, pragmatic alliance forged from the grim reality now facing all magical girls.
The Peaky Angels Target Snow White
The Peaky Angels, Minael and Yunael, celebrate their 'Flying Twin Angels' video surpassing 10,000 views, hoping it boosts their ranking. They continue to treat Tama as their servant, making her carry their gear. Their focus remains fixed on their plan to steal candies. They explicitly state their intent to target Snow White, believing her large candy stash is the most efficient way to secure their place and avoid elimination. The twins fly off, their malicious laughter echoing, cemented in their new, darker purpose.
EPISODE REVIEWS

The story took on a dark and somewhat tense atmosphere after they learned what happened to Nemu. And I have a feeling it’s going to become even more intense because of the new update to their system.
