the villain in this episode almost comically weak, I almost skip this episode, but it still send me some deeper understanding of the main characters

Ohhh damn, we are now getting some actions here. The animation on the battle are so fluid, the footwork, the sword play. Background music adds hype to the battles. A great character development and a world building episode. Fantasy animes are just great.

Alibaba acted so differently compared to the 1st episode, it really amazes me how much character development this episode showcased. I also love how this episode finally showcased part of Aladdin's power, the visual effects looked very beautiful whenever he'd use his magi powers.
