The animation is rough, even compared to the original Fate/Stay Night. Still, I enjoyed the little bit of world-building in this episode, which teases the various factions in this dark magical world. It's a really important episode for those who want to be less confused

Shiki’s powers are the most interesting part of the show so far and they’re the only thing keeping me curious. Unfortunately, everything is still painfully slow. Very little actually happens, and even the fight scenes have almost no energy behind them.
