Tomari's mindset really makes me laugh. What she said is true but also can be incorrect. It really depends on the perspective. Also, Wein finally realizing something by the end of their performance. I say it is a bit of character development from her.
AY, THAT LIVE WAS PRETTY GOOD... Yep, they did all the stuff here to build up Wien's backstory. Well, "build" might not be the right word, it was more like they expanded on her backstory. Her reasons and allat... yep, I can take it at least. It's not really a unique backstory, but uhh... alright. The only thing that seems off is Natsumi's sister. Like, WTF? Even if you're called "talented," you ain't Yuta who can just copy techniques gng. Choreography isn't something you can just manifest by being talented. If she met Umi or Eli, her ass would get absolutely whooped by them lmao.
Tomari and Wien were the main highlight of the episode for me. Tomari's personality made so many of her brief scenes feel so entertaining. Whilst I mainly enjoyed a lot of Wien's scene's because she's interacting with Kanon. I always have a soft spot for tropes where two characters slowly grow closer over time, watching their relationship gradually develop made many of their scenes feel so heartwarming.
