For either bad or good they changed A LOT of Lanzhu's character from how she was in the mobile game. For those unaware, instead of her being by herself doing her own thing (as she proclaimed during the episode), the practically stole the club.Shioriko's introduction also differs but this time is for bad, like, really bad, she just shows up here.Other than that, despite all the years that have passed Euphoria is still a wonderful song with an even better animation. The same applies to the ending, which continues with that soft art style that the season 1 ending also had.
Lanzhu is here! The queen has arrived and her song was SOOO captivating! Love live has a history of making banger songs and EUPHORIA is definitely one of them! Music aside, I love this episode's way of re-introducing the characters. Ayumu and Yu are especially such a cute duo to watch. I need to see more of this series!
School Idol Club wa Yokoso! schlawg this line gets brought up by the Nijigasaki members so much in this episode lmaoSo yeah, here we are with Season 2 of our Nijigasaki girls. Just like the other LL anime, i really need you to watch the Season 1 first, since it ended with the first School Idol Festival (NOT THE GAME), while this season introduces the 2nd one. Trust me, the songs, MVs, and everything else are better than ever.Now, let's hop onto the episode. Lanzhu is definitely the main highlight here. Her MV is an absolute masterpiece no cap. I swear, the first time I watched it, i was completely blown away. The song is just so fireeeagghhhhhh, it's such a pleasure to listen to.This is exactly why I love Nijigasaki's animation so much. Since μ's and Aqours are older than this anime, they didn't get this level of graphics for their MVs and live performances.This anime is truly a blessing. I'm so obsessed with Lanzhu's performance that I even used to draw her MV outfit for my school's Lunar Celebration post lmao.
