We finally ended the plot branch where we followed Shiro. I wanted to liked it as much as I did with the one with Akatsuki, but I felt a bit off here, as I thought that we'll get more lore during the conversation during Shiro's scene. but I guess this is okay, because we got ANOTHER plot instead, a whole group of them. Seeing that the author handles multiple plotline previously, I 'm not scared to see it failed, hopefully. But this episode is a good bow on top of the plots from before, especially that reunion scene, made me smile.
The earlier setup started to pay off here, and I liked how the story continued building its world without needing constant action. The focus on planning, money, and how the world works was what made it interesting. It was a slower episode, but it showed why the series stands out from other isekai. A good one if you enjoy the more detailed side of the story.
This is an absolute political showdown. The calculate but slow pacing was very crucial to add depth in this episode. The tone completely shifted to a financial thriller, which provided some incredible character development.
