EPISODE REVIEWS

I wanted to clash this episode with the previous one that I disliked from the previous season. I personally think the writer is taking the right step this time around with the speech, as it's relatable and didn't fill it with the person's sole feeling. William knew his party are gamers, he relates to it and pushed where he knows, while the speech from the princess before is filled of her own feelings as a sheltered princess while wanting the adventurers lay their lives for this sheltered, lazy princess, which blew my fuse. The writing really did improve, I hope they keep this up.

This episode was more about leadership and handling the problems that come with running things. There wasn’t much action, but I liked seeing the more realistic side of the world and how much thought goes into every decision. It’s definitely a slower one, but I think it works if you enjoy the politics and management side of the series.

All the spotlight in this episode went to William Massachusetts. The psychological breakdown was beautifully handled by the pacing. The tone was really inspirational, and provided some solid depth to the guild raid. The speech played a vital role in redefining the core heart.
