Love that opening, it's so incredibly nostalgic for me, with such deep meaning hidden beneath it. With how this episode goes, it looks like Riki and the gang had a fun little baseball match (whose out hadn't been revealed to us at the finale). It continues in a usual fashion with the characters being adorably silly, with the darkness of reality always looming at the back of their minds. Kurugaya is still a pretty damn cool character. The animation also seems a lot more fluid this season.
