It's good to see that Ishikawa and Otori have grown to be more open about themselves. The two of them becoming beloved characters by the people around them is also nice, like Ryuu and Kotaro in Gakuen Babysitters.

We finally see Otori’s house! The tone is super cozy and the animation of chibi Luna in the art room after she showed her drawing is literally the cutest thing this episode!

Of course there’s a rival now and instead of helping the situation it just makes everything ten times more chaotic.

Episode Context

Sitting at the exact midpoint of the 12-episode run, Episode 6 follows the birthday celebration of Episode 5 and uses that built-up goodwill to push Luna and Ootori's relationship into new territory outside their usual routines. This installment bridges the first half's character establishment with the second half's shift toward summer-themed episodes, setting a more relaxed and playful tone for what's ahead.
